2. North Carolina

North Carolina has drafted a handful of key players from the Northeast over the years and is squarely in the mix for two of them this cycle. Tight end Korey Duff Jr. is a truly intriguing prospect who should present constant next-level mismatch opportunities. One of the two official visits he has scheduled is to North Carolina. He has already visited the Chapel Hill campus twice.

The Tar Heels are also pushing defensive back Kaj Sanders. He will be on campus on June 11 for an official visit, so mack brown and your staff will have the opportunity to make a great impression.

With State College just a short drive from Piscataway, it shouldn’t be too surprising to see Penn State on this list. The Nittany Lions have recruited the area successfully for years and it looks like that won’t change over the next few recruiting cycles.

2025 Rivals250 class outside linebacker Dayshun Burnett has the Nittany Lions in his top five and loves that Penn State is considered “Linebacker U.” Another three-star linebacker, Chris Cole, has an official visit scheduled for Penn State and is likely headed for a ranked rise after Sunday’s performance in the next update.

james franklyny staff have also done a great job recruiting four-star Ari Watford along with Chanz Wiggins, Kaj Sanders and Mikey Preston, all of whom put in impressive performances on Sunday.

Michigan may be a bit off the beaten path compared to some of the other schools on this list, but there’s no denying the Wolverines’ recruiting efforts. Like Penn State, Dayshun Burnett has Michigan in the top five but fluid. Rivals250 quarterback sensation Stone Saunders mentioned Michigan as one of the schools he is most in touch with.

Four-star recruit and No. 103 in the class of 2024, running back Yasin Willis, had a fantastic camp and has Michigan as one of his three scheduled official visits. The East Coast may not be the prime recruiting territory for Big Ten power, but after seeing the regional talent that’s in the mix on Sunday, the Wolverines should be more than happy with what they saw at the stop. from the New Jersey camp.
