Blacklist International is one of the strongest Dota 2 teams in Southeast Asia (SEA) and is currently competing in the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) SEA 2023 Tour 3: Division I. The team is in the midst of intense competition, facing strong opponents. like SMG and Talon Esports. Blacklist International have been on a good run so far, securing wins in three out of five series, showcasing their prowess on the battlefield. However, a shock loss to relatively new team XERXIA has left fans and analysts curious about the team’s dynamic. Recently, during a post-match interview, Marc “RavenFausto, the carry player for Blacklist International, shared his thoughts on the team’s loss to XERXIA, which came as a surprise to the fans.

Raven stunned by his loss

In the post-match interview, Raven also seems to be perplexed by their loss against XERIXA, where he says that he doesn’t know what happened and that he feels that XERXIA suddenly became the best team in the world.

“I don’t know too. It’s like XERXIA suddenly became the best in the world, you know? We want to go outside, but we can’t kill him at all. They keep reading our movements and I don’t know what happened. he said.

Current meta and offline builds

Raven also talked about the current meta in the patch about offline heroes building Vanguard on Octarine in many games. He expresses his helplessness in the current patch as a carrier player when most of the out-of-lane heroes seem to have the same build and says that you need to leave your lane.

“To deal with this? You can’t deal with this. You can’t do anything, you’re just going to cry. You’re going to leave the lane, and maybe your offlane buys Octarine too, you just have to deal with it.” added.

Facing Bleed Esports

Towards the end of the interview, Raven also expressed what he thinks about Bleed Esports, which will be his next opponent in the DPC SEA 2023 Tour 3: Division I. He believes that Bleed Esports is one of the best teams, stating “I think Bleed right now is very good, so we’ll be ready.”.

Blacklist International is off to a good start at the DPC SEA 2023 Tour 3: Division I, where they have won most of their series. The team currently sits in third place on the leaderboard, just below Bleed Esports and Talon Esports. Raven’s thoughts show that even he and his teammates were puzzled by his loss to XERXIA, however, it also shows his confidence to win in the future. Going forward, the team will have to keep winning their next series to secure a Top 3 finish and an invite to the Bali Major 2023, which will be the last major before The International 12.
