LSG vs MI: Mumbai Indians knock out Lucknow Super Giants and advance to IPL 2023 Qualifier 2


Mumbai Indians recorded an easy win against Lucknow Super Giants in the tie played on Wednesday. In the match played at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai, Mumbai beat Lucknow by 81 runs. Coming to bat first after winning the toss, MI posted a score of 182/8 (20 overs). In response, LSG was bundled for only 101 runs.
With the win, the Mumbai Indians qualified for Qualifier 2 to be played against the Gujarat Titans at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Friday, May 26. The winner of which will qualify for the final match to be played on May 28 against Chennai Super Kings. CSK defeated GT by 15 races on Tuesday to seal the spot in the summit clash.
