Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy left for Hyderabad along with his mother YS Lakshmi on the morning of May 26 after seven days since he was admitted at Viswabharati Hospital in Kurnool.
Attending physician Hitesh Reddy released him after releasing a medical bulletin that he needs to undergo an elective coronary procedure at a top medical center.

Meanwhile, Mr. Avinash Reddy’s early bail petition in the murder case of former minister YS Vivekananda is being heard by the Telangana High Holiday Court, where the MP’s lawyer, Umamaheswara Rao, started the arguments.
Later, Vivekananda’s daughter YS Sunitha’s lead lawyer Ravichand argued on her behalf and the Central Bureau of Investigation also filed a new affidavit. The order in this case is likely to be delivered at night.
Mr. Avinash Reddy was released from the hospital on the seventh day after he entered the hospital along with his mother on May 19 for urgent treatment while she was being transferred from Pulivendula to Hyderabad. He, along with Kurnool MLA Mohammed Abdul Hafeez Khan, greeted the supporters and thanked them for being with the family during the seven-day stay at Kurnool.
The Kadapa MP was seen only once outside the hospital in the past seven days when Prime Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s mother had come to the hospital to visit the sick YS Lakshmi three days ago.
In another related development, first defendant Yerra Gangireddy, who was given a release order by the Telangana High Court with effect from July 1, the Supreme Court Holiday Court stayed the order on Friday.
The deadline for the CBI to conclude the investigation of the case is June 30.
